Due to the nature of these products and for health and safety reasons, we have a strict non-refundable policy for all Ayurvedic medicines and related items. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Products

For the health and safety of our customers, all sales on the following categories are final:

Ayurvedic medicines and supplements

Health and wellness products

Skincare, personal care, and hygiene products

Consumables, including teas, powders, and herbs

These products cannot be returned or refunded once they are shipped due to concerns about tampering, contamination, and the sensitive nature of medicinal products.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products

Although our products are non-refundable, we want to ensure you receive them in excellent condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace it or issue a refund under the following conditions:

Damage Upon Arrival: If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Manufacturing Defects: If a product has a clear manufacturing defect, please notify us within  of receiving your order.

In such cases, we will:

Provide a replacement for the same product, if available.

Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable. In such circumstances the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund for Damaged/Defective Items

If your product was damaged in transit or is defective, please follow these steps:

Submit Evidence: Include clear photos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so before the item is shipped. Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
