At Nirogya Ayurveda, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy, including processing times, shipping options, and costs.

1. Order Processing Time

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing.

Production Time: As we use a print-on-demand service, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days after production.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after production.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after production.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order and the delivery destination.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over INR 500 within India.

4. International Shipping

We ship to India only. As of now International shipping is available with us.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

6. Address Changes

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
